The Gaumont-British Sports Ground.

The corporation provided a sports ground in Norbury, south London for it's employees. The large club house and grounds offered a selecton of recreation facilities.

Apprenticeship Scheme.

In order to produce an ever-increasing proficiency of personnel in the studios, an apprenticeship scheme was in force whereby twenty young men received intensive training, under the best and most favourable auspices, as future directors, producers, cameramen and specialists of all kinds. And twelve young actors and actresses were been given special scholarships to be taught the full essentials of film acting.
